2. Eligibility
To rent an Xbox from this website, you must be:
- 18 years of age or older
- A resident of the Nashik,Maharashtra,India
- Have a valid Aadhar Card
3. Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 7 days. The maximum rental period is 30 days.
4. Payment
Payment for the rental must be made in full at the time of booking. We UPI,DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
6. Damage and Loss
You are responsible for any damage or loss to the Xbox during the rental period. If the Xbox is damaged or lost, you will be charged the full replacement cost.
7. Late Returns
If you return the Xbox late, you will be charged a late fee of 1400 INR per day.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Xbox for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Xbox is provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the rental of the Xbox is limited to the amount of the rental fee.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Xbox.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws nashik , Maharashtra
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
