- Cancellation prior to shipment: If you cancel your rental before the Xbox console has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
- Defective console: If the Xbox console you receive is defective or does not function as expected, you will receive a full refund or a replacement console, at your discretion.
- Lost or damaged console in transit: If the Xbox console is lost or damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund or a replacement console, at your discretion.
- Significant delay in shipping: If the Xbox console is not shipped within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your rental. You will be required to provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and issue a refund if you are eligible. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
The following are exceptions to our refund policy:
- Damage caused by the customer: If the Xbox console is damaged due to misuse or negligence on the part of the customer, a refund will not be issued.
- Late returns: If the Xbox console is not returned on time, a late fee will be charged. Extended late returns may result in the forfeiture of the rental deposit.
- Digital content: Refunds are not available for digital content, such as games, apps, or subscriptions, that have been downloaded or used.
